Today, I want to share my experience visiting Santa Cruz during my time in San Francisco. Located in the state of California, Santa Cruz is a beautiful coastal town situated south of San Francisco, offering a relaxing environment. Being on the Pacific coast, it boasts a wide and long beach.
In my opinion, the best thing to do in Santa Cruz is undoubtedly to take a walk on its long pier and observe the surroundings. You can find lovely restaurants and souvenir shops along the pier.
Another unique feature of Santa Cruz is that it is home to dozens of sea lions resting under the pier.
You can take a stroll along the boardwalk behind the beach and inhale the fresh ocean air.
