The word “sandwich” seems a bit pitiful. Immediately it brings to mind thoughts of cheap sausage with a thick layer of butter on a loaf and cheese that doesn’t melt even after 5 minutes in the microwave.

Something like this ☝🏻… While I was searching for a photo of this boutique, it didn’t seem so bad after all. What a fail 🤦🏼♀️
But! That’s not the point, without any guilt, I will recommend you 5 top sandwiches that are not only Instagram-worthy (😅) but also healthy (you can eat and lose weight), and most importantly, nutritious.
Number one, drumroll, a boutique with goat cheese and figs! Very glamorous:)))

Ingredients:
- Goat cheese
- Bread (yeast-free)
- Figs
Toast the bread in a pan, spread the goat cheese, and place sliced figs on top. High cuisine, wow!
Number two! An elegant boutique with blue cheese and caramelized pears.

Ingredients:
- Bread
- Pear(s) (firm)
- Moldy cheese
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Brown sugar (3 tsp)
- Lemon juice (2 tsp)
Toast the bread. Slice the cheese and place it on the bread. Boil 100 ml of water, add lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook the previously sliced pear in this syrup until soft. Place it on the sandwich and enjoy while warm.
Number three! A sandwich with avocado and egg, just that simple.

Ingredients:
- Bread
- Avocado (ripe)
- Tomato
- Egg
- Salt/pepper/lemon juice
Toast the bread. In a deep bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, finely chop the tomato, add salt and pepper, and squeeze a bit of lemon juice, mix well. Spread this mixture beautifully over the bread. Meanwhile, boil the egg (to a state where it’s not runny, but not hard-boiled either). Peel and carefully cut the egg and place it on the sandwich, ready!
Number four! A sandwich with cheese and green apple.

Ingredients:
- Bread
- Bri cheese
- Green apple
This one is super easy; when toasting the bread in a pan, immediately place the brie cheese on it so it melts slightly. Then slice the apple thinly and layer it on the bread with cheese.
And number five! No glamour, a down-to-earth sandwich.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Natural yogurt
Blend the cottage cheese with finely chopped parsley, garlic, and natural yogurt. Spread this mixture on the bread and top it with sliced tomato or cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
They may not have turned your world upside down, but you’re tempted to try them, right? 🙂
Bon appétit, my friend!
