Hello. I would like to share a case I found today (I think this is not new, but still, it may be of interest to someone).
In Poland, there is an online currency exchange platform called Walutomat. It allows you to exchange money online quickly at the highest rate possible in Poland, as it acts as a guarantor (accepting money into its accounts) between users, hence the price is determined by the market.
Since you can pay with a card there, we can use our Ukrainian card in hryvnias, and the money is automatically received in a Polish account at a good rate. For example, today I sold hryvnias at a rate of 9.5 after all fees, while the rate at my bank was 9.45.
How to Do This?
So, we register on Walutomat and on the main page, we select the sale of dollars. We enter the required amount:

Next, we choose our account to which we will make the transfer (if it’s not there, we add it).

We choose Google Pay or Card, and confirm that our card is linked to the account in USD (in reality it isn’t, but conversion happens on the backend, so the payment system does not mind).

Then we press the “proceed to payment” button. That’s it, we pay, wait, and in a couple of minutes (if the account was already verified), we receive the money in PLN.

Option 2
Simply top up the balance on Walutomat directly in PLN and withdraw from the balance. I don’t quite understand what the profit for Walutomat is, but it works as a transit account.

What to Do if Card Payment is Not Available?
The first time it may not allow you to pay by card, so you might try to simply buy a few dollars to the Walutomat balance from your Polish account to go through verification and unlock other payment options, including Google Pay/Apple Pay. If there are no PLN in your account, I recommend transferring 10-20 PLN to your account via a payment kiosk after you open the card.
